Win or lose the majority of us stuck together we were mocked by them on the blogs n we were supported by outsiders who used 2 Work here They even went as far as firing jimmy thinking that would stop him or us As u see it stopped nothing

It is so true, with out a membership negotiated contract, you are an employee at will. You can be fired at the whilm of mangement, no matter how good of an employee you are. You can be fired for any reason, or for no reason. A collective bargaining agreement is the only way you will ever make things better, without one they will only wax worse.
