Well a very interesting day today. Adminstration here. (on a sunday) answering call lights helping out in the dining room! Never ever has that happened before, not even during the week, and a weekend. But you have been forewarned. Remember they will now try and be your best friend. Where were they before. We have burned up their hotline, begging for help. all to a deaf ear. They just dont want us to unionize. Why do you suppose that is? Because the Union is for us. Look us Union. to be one, to be united. This isnt about money. They spend a fortune to keep unions out. This is about control. They dont want you to be a voice. But Our residents need our voice. They have been needing it for sooo long. Dont be fooled. Dont let our residents down. because if we do. When this is all over for us. It will go back to the way it was, and has been for too long. NO CARE. so they can make their budgets all at the residents and your expense. Hang tough. God bless

Everybody vies the videos to the right. Union busters Who may call themselves Human resource consultants. They are paid big bucks to stop union activity. They will put religion against religion, race against race. They will plant false rumors. Which we have already seen. Strawberry being threatened yeah right. They will use front line supervisors their back bone to do this. They better get different supervisors. Thank God for unions, without them our children would still be working long hours with little pay. Stay strong. God bless
ReplyDeleteI wish we could vote now. Why do we have to wait so long. Were tired now. We already were not able to provide the care our residents need. Now its worse being pulled to all these brain washing lying meetings.
ReplyDeletethey keep having meetings cause the admin are the ones worried, too bad, were they thinking of you or the residents when they cut you money? like taking longer breaks, did any of them give up money? no they are salary. the union will make sure staff is provided even if they have to come in, and you know they hate that!
ReplyDeleteI think they r weeding out the older staff so they can bring in new staff who is excited about making $9-$10 n hr with little or no experience n then they r gonna find lame excuses 2 fire them they r gonna target the 1s in favor of the union reguardless so 2 keep my job safe til the official union vote im actn like i dont want the union here yes i know its the cowards way but i cant lose my job im sorry
